Two rules: first check which networks the destination platform/wallet supports, then among the ones both sides support, pick the cheap, fast one. For stablecoins, TRC20 and BEP20 are usually cheap; ERC20 is the most universal but pricey and slow when congested.
02The mistake to avoid
